CLEARFIELD — Thursday, Oct. 22, will be a day of celebration at the Pioneer Adult Rehabilitation Center, 485 PARC Drive (485 S. Main), here.
The facility, which serves physically and mentally disadvantaged adults, will have an awards ceremony honoring outstanding students. Races by area businesses of their pallet car creations will begin at 10:30 a.m. and awards and lunch will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
