Euniece Walker Wardell passed away in Centerville, July 27, 2014 from end stage renal disease.
She was born November 26, 1929 in Lovell, Wyoming. She married Callis Jones Wardell in the Salt Lake Temple September 15, 1948 and raised their children in Helena, Montana. The last years of Euniece’s life were spent in Centerville. She loved the Lord and her family. In the 2011 family newsletter she wrote, “I really love all my family. I hope each of you will always enjoy seeing each other and visiting with one another. Families are what’s really important when all is said and done.”
She is preceded in death by her husband, Callis; son-in-law, Dave Rock; daughter, Betsy Wardell; granddaughter, Morgan Wardell; and great-granddaughter Elizabeth Wardell. She is survived by 11 children and their spouses: Wendy (Dennis) Adams, Cathy (Kevin) Cromar, Nola Rock, John (Barb) Wardell, Tim (Sharmayne) Wardell, Elna (Ralph) Scoffield, Bill (Robin) Wardell, Joe (Sharon) Wardell, David (Vicki) Wardell, Martin (Linda) Wardell and Jane (Russ) Roberts; 85 grandchildren; 75 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, August 8, 2014, 11 a.m. at the Centerville Stake Center, 950 North Main, Centerville, where a viewing will be held, 10 to 10:45 a.m. Graveside services were held Saturday, August 9, 2014, 4 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 7100 N. Montana Avenue, Helena, Montana. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville.
