LAYTON - Fine arts programs at Davis High will benefit from next month’s Drive 4 UR School program.

Ed Kenley Ford is bringing cars and service to the Davis High parking lot on Saturday, May 3, and will donate $20 to school programs for every person that takes a test drive. There is a limit of one test-drive per household and the maximum amount is set at $6,000.

In addition, Ed Kenley Ford Quick Lane will donate $10 for every vehicle they check for fluids and brakes, according to a release, up to $1,000. For every УlikeФ they receive on Facebook in April, the Layton business will donate another $1,000 to school programs.

All campaigns have the potential to bring $8,000 to the school to help orchestra and choir members with the purchase of tuxedos and to offset the cost of travel to various events.

The money should help Уrelease the burden from the students having to pay for this,Ф according to Wayne Walth, who works in marketing for the company.

A variety of vehicles will be available to drive from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 3, at the front of Davis High School.
