The branch at 1290 S. and 500 West has been open since July 15.

Kisting, Chairman and CEO, AmericanWest Bank, in a press release. “We are already serving clients in this area from our Walker Center Branch in Salt Lake City so adding Bountiful enables us to provide even better service, as well as assist in attracting new business to the Bank.”
In addition to serving personal banking clients, the branch offers commercial lending, small business lending and mortgage lending, according to the release.
“The Bountiful team is led by a highly-experienced trio of bankers,” according to the release. “Steve Beyers is the Branch Manager, Erich Sontag is the Commercial Banking Regional Manager and David Halford is the Commercial Banking Relationship Manager.
As part of its grand opening celebration, the bank has committed to donating money to the scholarship fund of the Davis Applied Technology College for every business card dropped at the new branch between Monday, August 5 and Thursday, August 8. The grand opening will be that Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
