BOUNTIFUL — At least 14 students from Davis County participated in international humanitarian service this summer, in locales as diverse as Peru, Kenya, Thailand and Cambodia.
The trips are organized by Youthlinc, a nonprofit organization that works to help students become life-long humanitarians. Even before their trips, students provided 60 to 100 hours of service in their communities.
One student described the trip as “life-changing.”
