BOUNTIFUL –  The Bountiful Food Pantry will be the recipient of donated baby items following a July drive by the Bank of Utah.

Its part of a “baby shower” involving 13 bank branches. The bank’s only Davis County location, at 717 W. Antelope Drive in Layton, is collecting specifically for the pantry, a bank press release said.

Cash, diapers, clothes and other items are being sought for 11 Utah charities. The items will be delivered in August.

Other items the bank is seeking include baby foods not in glass jars, formula, baby blankets, bottles, infant over-the-counter cold medicine, baby laundry soap, baby lotion, powder and wipes, pajamas, socks, shoes and T-shirts, pacifiers, diaper bags and paper towels and toilet paper.
