DAVIS COUNTY — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, with several locations in Davis County, was honored for its outstanding performance last year at the 2009 Cartus Broker Network International Conference held recently.

The firm was awarded the “PHH Mortgage Most Valuable Partnership Award,” for brokers who have the most successful mortgage relationships based on size category.

“The members of the Cartus Broker Network understand how important it is to deliver a full range of services related to the home purchase process,” said Deborah Williams, senior vice president of Cartus Broker Services.

“Our company knows the value of maintaining a strong relationship with PHH Mortgage and our local mortgage partner, Axiom Financial,” said Dan Christensen, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Utah.

In addition to a black-tie awards ceremony, the three-day event included interactive workshops, roundtable and panel discussions, and executive presentations.

Participants networked with other industry professionals and exchanged information and ideas regarding team-building, revenue generation, retention, new business strategies and increasing customer service – essential elements for continued success.
