BOUNTIFUL – He’s the voice that launched a thousand adventures.

George Guidall, an actor who has narrated over 900 audio books, is coming to the Davis County Library’s South Branch April 12 at 7 p.m. to talk about the experience of bringing an author’s words to life. The event is free, and everyone is welcome.

“Doing audio books is like being a rockstar,” said Guidall. “There are people who listen to me all the time, and it’s humbling that they’ve allowed me to have a responsibility to talk to them.”

The South Branch is located at 725 S. Main in Bountiful. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and audience members are advised to come early to make sure they get a seat. For more information, visit www.co.davis.ut.us/library.
