FARMINGTON — The man accused of killing 4-year-old Ethan Stacy nearly two years ago will be arraigned May 22 after he waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Nathan Sloop, 33, was in 2nd District Court Tuesday where he “conditionally” waived his preliminary hearing.
His attorney Richard Mauro said he and his client are continuing to review evidence and may yet ask for a preliminary hearing.
