"We buy cartridges from other businesses that no longer use a particular type or brand," said Clark, "or are either overstocked or going out of business. And we guarantee every one we sell."
Clark considers his a "niche business." He doesn't feel he hurts large business supply stores because they have so many other types of items to sell. On the other hand, they don't hurt him because his customers know he has a wider selection of a particular product, and at a better price.
He came up with the idea to open the store when he noticed just how cheap printers were getting. In fact, he said, some suppliers were giving away printers because they knew they could make up that cost, and more, by selling ink cartridges for them.
He thought he had a better way, one that would prove profitable for him, while saving his customers money at the same time.
