West 59, Woods Cross 37: West outscored Woods Cross 17-5 in the first quarter, and the game was effectively over.
Courtney Flores was the only Wildcat in double figures with 11, as Woods Cross dropped to 5-8 in region play.
Clearfield 48, Davis 47: The Clearfield Falcons got a scare from the Davis Darts on Tuesday, but the Falcons squeaked out a 48-47 win.
Davis led 32-28 heading into the fourth quarter, but the Falcons outscored the Darts 20-15 to pick up the win.
Clearfield (5-6, 12-7) was led by Haley Hall's game-high 24 points, including five three-pointers.
Davis (1-11, 5-16) was led by Megan Richins 15 points, including two three-pointers.
Layton 70, Viewmont 33: The Layton Lancers manhandled the Viewmont Vikings 70-33 on Tuesday, to set up the region showdown against Fremont on Thursday.
After a 13-13 tie after the first quarter, the Lancers outscored the Vikings 38-10 in the second and third quarters combined. Layton (10-1, 18-1) was led by Ashley McFarland's 15 points. Danielle McDonald added 12 points, while teammates Annie Richins and Amelia Whatcott both had 11 points apiece.
With the win, Layton avenged its only loss of the season. The Lancers will host the Silver Wolves on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. for the Region 1 title.
Weber 43, Northridge 37: The Northridge Knights suffered a 43-37 loss to the Weber Warriors on Tuesday. The Knights fell to fifth-place in Region 1 with the loss and Clearfield's win. Northridge (4-7, 8-12) was led by Katie CasteelÇs 16 points. The Knights were held to single-digit scoring in three out of four quarters.

Weber 62, Northridge 60: The Northridge Knights dropped a 62-60 decision to the Weber Warriors on Tuesday.
With the loss, the Knights drop to fifth-place in Region 1. The Knights trailed 32-29 at halftime. Northridge (4-6, 11-8) was led by Tage Clifford's game-high 26 points. Cameron Pribble added 16 points in the loss.
