HILL AFB -- The base's first-ever Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Compliance and Management Program audit is set for April 18-29. It will be conducted by base safety, occupational health and environmental officials, encompassing all facilities on base, plus the Army Rail Shop, all Department of Defense tenants and both fighter wings. Even the Utah Test and Training Range and Little Mountain will be included.
It's part of the base's response to safety and health program problems identified during a recent comprehensive Functional Area Review at Warner-Robins Air Logistics Center. The review at Robins occurred following an accident that killed one man and seriously injured another.
