KAYSVILLE -- Pioneer Adult Rehabilitation Center (PARC) was recently awarded $25,000 in grant money from the United Way of Davis County. The money was granted to PARC in support of its Job Coaching program for clients working on the Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) custodial contract. PARC provides job coaches for funded clients in need of employment assistance. Job coaches train clients to meet or exceed specific job requirements and help each client maintain his/her employment.

Many times job coach funding runs out before clients can stabilize in their employment, resulting in job loss.

PARC provides services to people with disabilities in the Davis County area. PARC has been providing job coaching and supported employment to people with disabilities in Davis County since 1986.
