DAVISCOUNTY -- The Davis and Northridge soccer teams played to a 1-1 tie last week.
Davis' goal came in the first half and was scored by Lindsey Dowdy, while Northridge's goal was scored with only two minutes re-maining by Kelsey Ehlers.
Bountiful 5, Highland 1: Five different Bountiful players scored as the Braves led 4-1 at the half.
Holly McOmie, Lauren Ridling, Janessa Talbot, Robyn Wall and Shannon Murri all scored for Bountiful.
Clearfield 1, Fremont 0: The Clearfield Falcons picked up their first region win of the season with a 1-0 win over the Fremont Silver Wolves last Thursday. McKenzie Mat-thews and Aleena Shelton combined for the shutout for the Falcons. Nicole Moore scored the winning goal for Clearfield in the second half.
Weber 2, Layton 0: The Layton Lancers dropped a 2-0 decision to the Weber Warriors last Thursday. Layton dropped its second game in a row.

Volleyball
Cyprus 3, Bountiful 0: Bountiful suffered their first region loss of the year at the hands of Cyprus.
Woods Cross 3, East 0: Kathryn Lovell had 16 kills in the Wildcats' pounding of the Leopards. Trisha Wright added nine blocks for Woods Cross.
Layton 3, Fremont 1: The Layton Lancers picked up a four-set win over the Fremont Silver Wolves last Thursday. Layton improved to 2-1 on the season.
