KAYSVILLE -- The Kaysville City Council passed the fiscal year 2008 budget on Tuesday night.

Partly because of the robust growth of new housing development, the city had more income than projected this year, which made it possible to pass a new budget without raising taxes.

Some money was also budgeted for development of Heritage Park, which will take several years to be fully funded.
