FRUIT HEIGHTS -- The Fruit Heights City Council will meet at City Hall, 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights.
The regular agenda includes: special presentations to Hoyt Stephenson, Dean Brand and Kay Mitchie and Judy Mansell, as well as items from the public.
Public hearings include sale of surplus property, 1,148 square foot parcel of land at about 285 S. Mountain Road; consider amendments to the land use ordinance, Chapter 8, Section 10-8, multi-family residential zone and subdivision ordinance.
New business: audit report, fiscal year ended June 30, 2006; approve/deny sale of above surplus property; approve/deny amendments to above land use ordinance; consider request to rezone about 23.83 acres from A-1 (agricultural) to R-3 (multi-family residential), south side of realigned Nicholls Road,
John Gaily and Howard Kent; discussion on Lanes End escrow agreement; discussion, mileage reimbursement for employees; final acceptance of Starlight Mountain Estate Subdivision; consent calendar, department and city official reports.
