Our loving mother, grandmother and sister, Betty Ruth Steed, age 69, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, Nov. 20, 2005, at her home in Bountiful, Utah.

Born Aug. 22, 1936, in Memphis, Tennessee to Leland MacNeil Bevell and Francis Isabelle Williams. She married Floyd Steed July 30, 1955. A graduate of Jordan High School, she worked at Litton In-dustries for more than 35 years. She en-joyed camping, boating, trips to Idaho, golf and the company of her friends. Betty's life was devoted to her husband and sons.

She is survived by three sons, Floyd Jr., Greg and Brad; daughter-in-law Deanna; grandchildren, Rebecca, Nicole, Elizabeth, Jesse and Taylor; brothers, Mac, John, Bill and George; sisters, Mary Francis, Linda and Stella. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brother, Melville.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nove. 26, 2005, at 11 a.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, Bountiful, where friends may call Friday evening from 6- 8 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to services.
