Howard was born on Nov. 5, 1916, in Payson, Utah. He married Ardella Burraston and they have four children, 25 grandchildren, 65 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren whom they love and enjoy.
When asked about how it feels to have lived 90 years he says, "It has been a wonderful life! I feel very blessed and thank the Lord for this experience."
