The Davis County Health Department's Family Caregiver Support Program is offering a six-week series of classes for those who fall in that category.
Classes are free and will be held at the Autumn Glow Senior Activity Center, 81 E. Center, Kaysville.
Guest presenters will discuss such topics as caregiver burnout and stress, first aid skills, resources for caregivers, identity theft and bereavement and grief issues.
Classes begin July 3 and will be held every Tuesday, except Pioneer Day, noon-1 p.m., until Aug. 14. Attendees may come to any session. No registration is required.
Classes are: July 3, "Ask the Doc," Dr. Gary Holland; July 10, First Aid Skills, Aaron Hadley; July 17, Joy of Stress; July 31, Identity Theft, Aug. 7, Resources for Caregivers, Aug. 14, Four Things that Matter Most.
